Established March 2012 by Erica, an opera singer and Alexis, a fashion designer, model and dancer, The Papillion Foundation is a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt organization dedicated to the performing and visual arts through performance, education and promotion for the benefit of continued cultural arts recognition and preservation.

-"The Papillion Talent Award"
 Given annually to a graduating senior male or female, attending Washington-Marion Magnet High School in Lake Charles, Louisiana. To qualify, the student must:

:: Have exhibited outstanding performance in the performing arts or sports
:: Have 3.0 GPA (official high school transcript must be provided)
:: Provide proof of acceptance to a college or university
:: Provide typed essay explaining future career goals and how this gift will aid you.
                             :: 2 Letters of recommendation from a teacher, coach or mentor etc.

*Award to be presented at awards banquet or W.M. annual awards assembly.

- Boettcher Boys and Girls Club Professional Development & Mentorship Program

Each year, Erica and Alexis Acire will sponsor 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys from the Boettcher Boys and Girls Club in Aurora, Colorado.  Each child is hosted at one recital and one fashion related extravaganza. Additionally, each child will enjoy an evening or matinee at the opera; receive talent development, career assessment and professional etiquette training from The JTA Group.
